When will my order ship?
When you place your order, it takes 1 business day to process your order. Processing time means the order is fulfilled and packaged during this period. Once complete, your order will then be shipped based on the shipping method you selected.
Estimated transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Domestic:
Standard - 4 to 5 business days
Expedited - 2 business days
International (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
USPS - Allows Tracking & takes 10 business days.
Economy Mail - Doesn't allow tracking and takes 20-30 business days
If your international order takes more than 30 business days, feel free to email support(at)dashtechie.com with "Order not received" in the subject line to check in.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any fees required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you upon checkout.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective goods only. No exchanges at this time!
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email with your tracking info. Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you have not received this email please check your SPAM folders to try and locate it.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please double check to make sure it was not left on the porch or with your neighbor. If you still can't find it, please feel free to contact support(at)dashtechie.com with “undelivered order” in the subject line.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all country, for remote areas, please be as descriptive as possible.
Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Box addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO addresses as well as PO Boxes, PO Box deliveries must use the PO Box Shipping method.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. Please email support(at)dashtechie.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Please include “Damaged item” in the subject line.
Something’s missing from my order.
Please email support(at)dashtechie.com with "Missing Item" in the subject line. We’ll take care of it right away.
How do I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled. It is possible for your order to be processed quickly and once marked shipped, cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the address on my order?
As soon as your order is placed, it is processed by our warehouse immediately. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to existing orders.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold exclusively on flii.store.
My promo code isn’t working?
We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes typically cannot be combined.
